Hospital Gift Cards

The Hospital Gift Card Program is open to any individual with Spina Bifida who lives in our service area AND has been hospitalized at least 1 night.

Each individual is eligible for up to 3 hospital gift cards per calendar year in 2025. The intent of this program is to help with added expenses incurred during a hospital stay.
